Personnel
Each of our security professionals has been screened to meet the standards of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act established by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Service. Our personnel undergo various tests, technical and behavioral interviews, and in-service training on criminal law and police defensive tactics. We can provide you with the full personnel profile of each assigned security guard prior to the commencement of a contract.
Field Supervision
We have supervisors on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to ensure compliance with our company policies, protocols, and regulations. Our supervisors are situated in radio-dispatched vehicles and are in constant contact with our 24-hour dispatch center. Our managers are responsive and committed to quality and accountability, ensuring that each security guard is adequately supported.
