Our Story
Founded by Karl Loepp and Rolf Langelotz, LCM emerged from the successful commercial painting venture, Valour Decorating. The name "LOLA" is a fusion of the first two letters of their last names, LO epp and LA ngelotz. Since our inception, we have remained committed to building and renovating various spaces in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas, including retail, hospitality, commercial offices, multi-family buildings, and industrial spaces.
Our Leadership Team

- Daniel Melendez, President of LCM, brings a unique blend of architectural design talent, real estate development acumen, and construction knowledge to the table. With over five years of experience in the architecture industry and an unyielding commitment to delivering exceptional results, Daniel is the driving force behind LCM's success.
- Jared Neufeld, Vice-President of Construction, has over 14 years of project management experience and has been instrumental in delivering some of the most complex and challenging projects in the company's history. With a deep understanding of construction management and project delivery, Jared is personally involved in the on-site aspects of LCM's projects.
- Jeff Del Buono, Vice-President of Pre-Construction, is a registered architect with over 15 years of experience in the architectural profession. With a unique client/consultant viewpoint, Jeff brings a wealth of experience in construction logistics, building envelope systems, and overall project delivery to the table.
