The Ontario Sewer and Watermain Construction Association (OSWCA) is a leading trade association dedicated to promoting the sewer and watermain industry in Ontario. Established in 1971, we represent over 800 companies across the province, including contractors, manufacturers, distributors, and consulting engineers. Our membership is structured by ten local associations, two pipe producers, and one independent association. Collectively, we perform billions of dollars worth of capital projects every year, ensuring the provision of clean safe drinking water and environmentally responsible wastewater treatment and disposal.

As the premier advocate for the sewer and watermain construction industry in Ontario, we are committed to providing critical information, effective advocacy, and creating meaningful change.
