Our Story

At Canadian Design and Construction Inc., we understand the unique challenges and needs of the condominium environment. As members of the Association of Condominium Managers and Administrators (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), we have extensive experience working with condominium boards to provide a comprehensive range of services. We offer a wide range of services to condominium communities, including plumbing, mechanical retrofitting, fan coil and heat pump replacements, common area refurbishment, and parking garage restoration. Plumbing Services

Our plumbing team is composed of 8 master plumbers and 25 journeymen, all of whom are Uponor certified and licensed in the cities in which they work. We provide a comprehensive range of plumbing services, including domestic and hydronic riser replacement, sanitary lines replacement and stack cleaning, and backflow prevention. Our team is equipped to handle all types of plumbing issues, from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.

Mechanical Retrofitting

Our mechanical retrofitting services include water and air-cooled chillers, cooling towers, makeup air units, and exhaust fans. We also provide energy efficiency audits and services to help condominium communities reduce their energy consumption and costs.

Fan Coil and Heat Pump Services

We offer a range of services related to fan coil and heat pump replacements, including replacement and maintenance, energy efficiency audits, and government rebate assistance. Our team is committed to providing the highest level of service and expertise to ensure that every project is completed to our high standards.

Common Area Refurbishment

Our team of skilled professionals is equipped to handle all aspects of common area refurbishment, including lobby and hallway renovations, party room and recreational room renovations, and board room renovations.
