Phoenix Kitchenworks is a team of experienced and talented woodworkers and design professionals who are committed to going above and beyond the competition. We provide excellence in design, engineering, production, and installation for a wide range of custom projects. Our goal is to always honor timelines for both clients and builders, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard and followed up with exceptional post-installation services.
Rising from the Ashes
Our story began in 1980 when Tim Guidi started a local cabinet manufacturing company called Kitchen Fantasy. Over the next ten years, the company grew to become known as "the place" to find high-quality products and services within the cabinet industry. With a dealer network throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and as far east as Kingston, Ontario, the company grew to be housed in a 24,000 square foot manufacturing facility and employed up to 40 personnel.
Unfortunately, on April 16, 1990, the entire facility was destroyed by fire. Despite trying to resurrect the company for the next ten years, it wasn't until October 10, 2000, that Phoenix Kitchenworks Ltd. finally rose from the ashes. Our concept was simple: hire a team made up of the best in the trade from the local area, including many former Kitchen Fantasy employees. Our goal was to once again provide the end-user with the highest quality in products and service.
Currently, Phoenix Kitchenworks Ltd. is housed in a 9,000 square foot facility and employs 25 personnel. We manufacture products for Carolyn Walsh CKD Inc., a certified kitchen and bathroom designer who works directly with clients during the design phase. Our final results are designed to ensure the home is functional with well-planned rooms that are laid out expertly for each intended use.

Our team of certified kitchen and bathroom designers, along with our experienced woodworkers and design professionals, work together to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. We have a wonderful team for research and development, which allows us to take on even the most unique and bespoke interior projects. We do not specialize in pre-fabricated approaches and instead focus on mid and high-end custom products.
