Incident Involving a Company Vehicle
A serious incident occurred involving one of the company's vehicles, which was involved in a hit and run accident. The vehicle cut off a driver on the highway, hitting their front bumper and failed to stop after several attempts to get their attention. Fortunately, the driver was able to slam on their brakes, preventing a potentially worse accident.
Customer Service and Repair Experience
On the other hand, the company provided excellent service to another customer, who had a difficult issue with their pool heater. The technicians, Kevin and Mark, did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issue in a timely and professional manner. They were able to save the customer a significant amount of money by repairing the unit instead of replacing it.
