Services
Residential Pest Control
Our residential pest control addresses infestations in homes through comprehensive inspections, exclusion techniques, and targeted treatments. We specialize in eliminating common household pests like mice, bed bugs, and cockroaches while implementing prevention strategies. With EPA-registered products and IPM approaches, we ensure family-safe solutions that protect homes from structural damage and health risks.
Commercial Pest Management
Designed for restaurants, hotels, and industrial facilities, our commercial pest control includes HACCP-compliant programs and scheduled maintenance plans. We conduct facility-specific risk assessments, implement sanitation protocols, and use non-invasive treatments to protect business operations. Our services meet regulatory standards while minimizing downtime for clients across Manitoba's agricultural and hospitality sectors.
Termite Extermination
Our termite eradication combines advanced monitoring systems with targeted chemical barriers to eliminate colonies and prevent re-infestation. Technicians use thermal imaging for hidden damage detection and apply soil treatments around foundations. We provide detailed post-treatment reports and repair recommendations for homes and agricultural structures in termite-prone areas of Manitoba.
Grain Silo Fumigation
We specialize in large-scale grain storage pest management using certified phosphine gas fumigation. Our process includes temperature-controlled pellet application, gas retention monitoring, and post-treatment ventilation to meet Canadian Grain Commission standards. Farmers receive documentation verifying pest-free certification for storage facilities across southern Manitoba.
Wildlife Removal
Specialized removal of nuisance wildlife like raccoons, squirrels, and skunks through live trapping and exclusion methods. Technicians identify entry points, install deterrents, and seal structural gaps to prevent re-entry. All procedures follow Manitoba wildlife regulations, with safe relocation of animals to designated habitats away from residential and commercial properties.
