Our History
Established in 1982, General Assembly has evolved into a diverse excavating company offering a wide range of services, from street revitalization to subdivision completion, utility installations, and site preparation. Our clients include municipal governments, contractors, property developers, as well as private sector projects. We operate and maintain a fleet of modern equipment, including excavators, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, rollers, trucks, and specialty tools required to handle a wide range of job requirements.
