Excellent Quality and Service
The awning purchased from Canfen received praise from one reviewer, Corinne Clark, who gave it a 5-star rating. She mentioned that the quality of the awning is amazing and the service is phenomenal. She also recommended installing a wind sensor, which she believed was worth the investment. Corinne was so satisfied with the product that she plans to purchase from Canfen again for her next house.
Concerns with Commercial Project
However, not all experiences were positive. Qingsheng Li had a disappointing experience with Canfen when they conducted a commercial project for his building in 2021. The project was supposed to include four awnings and signs, but the company failed to obtain the necessary permits. As a result, the city threatened to fine or force the removal of the awnings. Qingsheng was left with the task of obtaining the permits, which he believed was the responsibility of Canfen.
Poor Communication and Lack of Interest
Another reviewer, Paul W., was unhappy with the service he received from Canfen. He contacted the company for a quote and sent an email, but did not receive a response for over a week. Paul believed that the company only gave attention to larger commercial projects and did not care about smaller, residential awning jobs.
