Solaris Canada is a culmination of two prominent companies: Phantom Screens of Northern Alberta and Solaris Products. Phantom Screens, founded in 1992, specialized in the Phantom Screen line of retractable screen products north of Red Deer. Solaris Products, founded in 2001, offered a competing brand of retractable screens and shade solutions. When the two companies merged in 2008, they brought together a wealth of industry and customer service experience to the outdoor products world.
