Unprofessional Service
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment with the professionalism and work ethic of the company. Karin Harper and Ian H. Plett both gave the company 1-star reviews, citing issues with trucks not stopping at school zones, and trucks being driven recklessly. Stephanie Desiatnyk and Jamie Lee also gave 1-star reviews, with Stephanie stating that the trucks were a danger on the highway due to a lack of brakes, and Jamie expressing frustration at the truck drivers not using their signals in heavy rain.
Poor Service Quality
Karin Harper also mentioned that the company delivered less fill than agreed upon, and charged her for more loads than they brought. Dexter Vander Vegte had a positive experience, receiving quick and courteous service at a fair price. However, his review was an exception, as the other reviewers seemed to have had negative experiences with the company.
Lack of Empathy and Bias
Ryan Martens gave a 1-star review, stating that the company fired someone without explanation due to their PTSD and the recent loss of their child due to a drunk driver. He accused the company of being discriminatory and unprofessional. This review highlights a lack of empathy and understanding on the part of the company, which can be damaging to both employees and customers.
Quality of Gravel and Service
Christa Bax gave a 4-star review, stating that the staff was helpful and made it easy to choose the right size gravel for her needs. While she had a positive experience, the other reviewers focused on the company's poor service quality and unprofessionalism.
