Many reviewers mentioned that they were impressed by the staff's willingness to go the extra mile to find the products they needed. Additionally, several reviewers credited specific staff members, such as Paul, Greg, and Andy, for their outstanding service.

One reviewer reported that the carpet on their stairs came off the tacking, forcing them to contact the store to have it fixed. Unfortunately, the experience with the salesperson, Andy Lewis, was unprofessional, and the issues were not resolved promptly. The second reviewer had a similar experience with the installation of their vinyl flooring, which was not what they wanted. They also reported that a salesperson, Barry, was pushy and unhelpful.
