At Murphy Construction Corporation, we believe in building great buildings by building great people. Our team of skilled professionals, led by CEO Graham Murphy, is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and top-quality construction projects throughout the Sea to Sky corridor.

Our company, founded in 1997, has evolved into a large-scale construction company specializing in extensive renovations and restorations, as well as start-to-finish services in commercial and residential new construction projects. We cater to the specific needs of each client, offering innovative ideas and solutions through our services in construction management, project management, and general contracting.

Each member of our team is committed to delivering the highest quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. From our project managers to our site supervisors, everyone plays a vital role in the success of our projects.

We are proud to have a team that is passionate about their work and dedicated to continuous learning and improvement. We support the Skilled Trades BC apprenticeship program and welcome carpentry apprentices at any stage of their training. Our goal is to create pathways for our labourers to become lead carpenters and for our carpenters to have the opportunity to move into supervisor or management positions, creating a progression of skills development and opportunities for future generations.

Training

We believe in investing in our people and their future. Murphy Construction sponsors employees on the tools with the Skilled Trades BC carpentry apprenticeship program - a combination of on-job training and classroom learning in order to become a ticketed Red Seal carpenter.

In November of 2017, we were recognized as a "Champion of Apprentices" by Skilled Trades BC for our dedication to empowering apprentices to work towards their Red Seal tickets.
