Canadian Home Builders' Association

The Canadian Home Builders Association is the voice of Canada's residential construction industry, with the South Okanagan chapter representing member firms from Summerland to Osoyoos, Nelson and the Central Kootenay area. As a leading industry organization, we serve as the advocate for builders, renovators, and other industry professionals in the region.

How We Work

Our organization is a three-tiered non-profit association, representing the builders industry locally, provincially, and nationally. We have a system of committees and councils that brings together builders and industry experts from across the country to share information, ideas, and best practices. Our professional staff, supported by an elected Board of Directors and a volunteer executive, works closely with government agencies to address issues affecting the housing industry.
