Growing up in construction families, Cassidy and Gerald were exposed to the industry from a young age. Cassidy spent her childhood on construction sites with her father, learning the ins and outs of the trade. Gerald, on the other hand, began his career in construction at the age of three, watching his new family home being built. This early exposure to the industry instilled in them a deep respect for the craft and a desire to build homes that would stand the test of time.
As they grew older, Cassidy and Gerald refined their skills, working on high-end custom homes and eventually starting their own framing company. With their combined experience and expertise, they decided to merge their companies and form 3rd Generation Homes.

- Melanie Preston: Administration and Bookkeeping. Melanie handles the financial aspects of the business, ensuring that every transaction is accurate and precise.
