Our History

Our journey began in 1982 when Cyril and Derek Bartlett started the company, providing electrical services from the trunk of their car. Over the years, we expanded our services to include plumbing and added a hardware store to cater to the growing demands of our customers. In 2017, the ownership was passed on to Jennifer and Karl Hann, who brought their own expertise to the table. With their leadership, we continue to thrive, committed to upholding the same values of high-quality work and reliable service that have made us a staple in the community.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced plumbers and electricians who live and work in the local area. Our plumbers include Derek White, with 35 years of experience, and Bill Hiscock, who has been working with us since 2005. Our electrical team consists of Keith White, a journeyman electrician with 20 years of experience, and Nathaniel Hiscock, who joined us in 2012. We are proud to have Nick Little, a recent journeyman electrician, who has been with us since 2015. In our retail team, we have Loretta Spurrell, who has been with us since 2003, and Bob Hiscock, who joined us in 2019.
