Our History

Since our founding in 1979, we have been dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients.

• 1979: Founded by Dario Fraticelli (then called Artic Security Systems).
• 1985: Artic Security Systems is incorporated and renamed Semac Security Systems.
• 1994: In accordance with newly defined Quebec government guidelines, Semac obtains CCQ (Commission de la construction du Quebec) and RBQ (Regie du Batiment du Quebec) licenses.
• 1996: Full Circle Security Systems is created as a division of Semac to handle all commercial installations, while Semac handles all residential installations.
• 1997: The commercial and residential divisions merge under the name Full Circle Security Systems (FCS).
