Founded by George McDonald in 1991, we started as a small business with a passion for making a personal impact with our honest approach, integrity service, and down-to-earth vibes. Our journey began with George's innovative approach to cleaning water heaters, and over the years, we evolved into a full-service HVAC company, handling all things heating and cooling for homes, apartment buildings, and businesses.

Our Story

As the founder of our company, George McDonald, had a passion for cleaning water heaters. He developed new tools and processes to rejuvenate gas, electrical, and oil-fired water heaters, combating lime buildup. After 16 years of servicing the tri-cities, George refocused his efforts on going beyond solving problems within HVAC systems. In 2007, we transitioned to the current brand, Afterglow, and set out to make a difference in mechanical systems.
