By using cellulose blown-in insulation, we offer a practical way to improve heat retention while making use of recycled resources. Our cellulose product is produced from Canadian recycled wood fibre, including processed recycled newsprint that creates a lightweight, cotton-like material. Fire-retardant treatment contributes to its protective properties, and dense packing supports installation within existing wall cavities. We also consider settling during installation and recommend addressing moisture concerns beforehand to preserve insulation performance. 
We provide professional fibreglass blown-in insulation to improve residential energy efficiency and reduce sound transmission. Manufactured from recycled glass and sand, fibreglass offers cost-effective thermal protection and resistance to fire and water. Before installation, existing leaks must be resolved to prevent moisture damage. For optimal heat retention, we recommend a finished insulation depth of 20 to 21 inches, achieving an R-value of 60. 
Our approach to attic insulation removal prioritises safety, comfort, and long-term energy performance. We identify the type and condition of existing insulation before removing unwanted materials with industrial-strength PVC suction equipment. By managing contaminated insulation carefully and following local environmental requirements, we help minimise exposure to harmful substances, reduce moisture-related concerns, and establish a suitable foundation for modern insulation systems. 
Our drywall installation service creates clean, finished surfaces suitable for a wide range of interior designs. We install drywall for ceilings, walls, and architectural details while helping improve sound separation and indoor comfort. Its insulating properties can assist with maintaining room temperatures throughout the year. Taping is available for our projects to strengthen joints, support the joint compound, and contribute to a consistent surface. 
Our spray foam insulation solutions are designed to meet the needs of both new construction and major renovation projects, where accessible wall cavities allow effective installation. We also provide options for spaces such as basements, crawlspaces, and attics that may not have conventional cavities. By improving air sealing and thermal resistance, our insulation helps manage condensation, enhance comfort, and lower energy consumption. 
We specialize in insulating garage ceilings across multi-unit residential developments, commercial facilities, and expansive garage spaces. Our installations use semi-rigid mineral wool boards that retain their shape and resist sagging or deterioration. These systems contribute to energy efficiency, improved acoustic control, moisture resistance, and fire separation. Appropriate facings and sealing techniques help satisfy applicable building requirements, while our team manages high-volume work with professionalism and speed. 
We install vapour barriers to help maintain the condition and structural integrity of residential properties. Available materials include polyethylene sheets, aluminium foil, specialised coatings, vapour retarder paints, and membrane products. The appropriate option depends on the building assembly and its moisture management requirements. Our approach supports reduced moisture accumulation while recognising that ventilation and opportunities for drying remain important. 
Our blanket wrap insulation solutions address both temperature control and noise reduction in residential and other building spaces. We apply this insulation to walls, floors, ceilings, attics, pipes, and ductwork to help reduce heat transfer and limit unwanted temperature changes. Depending on the application, it can also reduce sound transmission between rooms and from outside, supporting greater indoor comfort and privacy. 
We offer drill-and-fill insulation as an adaptable retrofit option for homes requiring improved thermal protection. Using specialised blowing equipment, we introduce cellulose insulation into individual wall cavities through small drilled openings, ensuring the spaces are filled effectively. Our team can work from the interior or exterior, according to access requirements. After installation, each opening is repaired, leaving an upgraded insulation system that helps limit heat loss and improve year-round efficiency.

We have had our attic insulated a few months ago, and we are very happy to say that after the insulation our top floor feels cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter. Pro Insulation Contracting was initially recommended to me from my energy advisor. After doing some research they appeared to be the best option based on cost and reviews, and thankfully followed through on those expectations. The team was courteous and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I could immediately feel the difference in temperature that the attic re-insulation made on our upper floor. Very professional guys, just forget to get their names. I remember one of them being mexican. Very tidy & made sure that they leave my room clean. Since my attic is in my tiny walk in closet, they did a good job. So looking forward to cooler/ warmer housecouldnt add a photo bec I forgot to ask them to take one while theyre up there

Very professional, reliable, deliver as promised. I just finished a major renovation of the whole house and forgot about the attic insulation with home being 25!years old it really needed it. I was worried about a mess and damages on new floors and paint. I was assured all would be fine well it was. I couldn't even tell they were there when it was done and I received before and after pictures of attic as well!!!

Very good company to be dealing with for your attic insulation needs. Very professional and able to answer all questions. The price is extremely fair. Service is very worth it. So far, our cold spots in the highest floor have been eliminated or balanced out. Longer overall temperature hold for sure. My smart heater turned on less early (for those who use this feature). Seems like its already working. Cant wait for the extremely cold and hot days to benefit more so. Overall, im very happy. Will recommend dealing with these guys. Very nice people too. Installation was quite clean and efficient.

From the point of contact for a quote and up to completion, the team at Pro Insulation has been responsive and helpful.
I was in a bit of a bind as we unexpectedly discovered damaged insulation in my basement when my contractors were doing some minor renos. With a tight schedule, Pro Insulation was able to send someone the next day for a quote and complete the work by following week (old insulation removal and spray insulation). I really appreciated their quick and timely responses, while doing their best to fit us into their schedule.
My experience has been incredibly positive and I would highly recommend their services for insulation.
