Services
Residential roofing requires careful attention to the specific construction and condition of each home. We provide architectural-grade asphalt shingles, full replacements with deck inspection, repairs that trace leaks to their actual source, and storm damage restoration with insurance-ready documentation. Seasonal inspections and ice dam removal are also available. Our inspections include the attic, where soffit intake, ridge exhaust, and insulation can affect roof performance.
Roof Replacement
Report
Our roof replacement service covers the entire roofing system rather than simply installing new shingles over existing materials. We remove old roofing to the deck, replace damaged wood, install new protective layers and flashing, and ensure ventilation is properly balanced. Each project includes detailed photographs and complete site clean-up. Depending on the home and weather, replacement typically takes one to three days.
We approach every roof repair with an honest assessment of the roof’s condition. Isolated damage on a younger roof with a solid deck can often be repaired, while widespread leaks, deteriorating shingles, or an older roof may indicate replacement is more practical. We provide photos of our findings so you can make the decision.
Inspections & Maintenance
Report
Before freeze-up, we inspect your roof to help protect it through the coming season. Our review includes shingles, flashing, vents, valleys and attic ventilation, ensuring these key areas are carefully checked. Once the inspection is complete, we provide a straightforward report in plain language. A fall inspection is an economical way to invest in your roof.
Gutter Cleaning
Report
We clean gutters and downspouts to prevent clogged eavestroughs from overflowing onto walls and pooling around the foundation. Our service includes flushing the system, checking hangers and slope, and identifying any visible fascia or drip-edge damage from the ladder. We recommend this care in late fall after leaves drop and again in spring before the melt.

New Garage Roof and repair on the house roof. Raj gave me a reasonable quote and I hired him. He gets the job done, 2 days he worked by himself. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy. Overall my experience was great. I would highly recommend Amiri Roofing, it's a new company so support him. Thank you Raj for exceptional service.
