Perras DiStefano Construction & Design Services Inc. is a full-service general contracting company based in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. Established in 1997 by Frank Perras and Pino DiStefano, the company has built a reputation for providing high-quality construction services to the Eastern Ontario region. Our primary focus is on institutional, commercial, and industrial projects, which range from new builds to additions and renovations.

Perras DiStefano provides tailor-made services to our clients, ensuring a best-fit solution for their individual needs and projects. We offer a variety of delivery methods, including:

General Contracting

Under this method, the contractor provides construction services for a lump sum or firm price based on specific construction documents (drawings and specifications) prepared by designers hired by the customer. The contractor is not involved in the design phase and adheres to the contract documents and price.

Construction Management (CM)

Under this method of project delivery, we act as Construction Manager and provide advice, guidance, and administration on a project. The services apply during the design phase, construction phase, and post-construction phase. The first type of Construction Management (CM) is an "owner-at-risk"

Design-Build Method

Under this delivery method, we offer a single-source responsibility for both design and construction services. The Design-Build method reduces the project delivery schedule, provides cost savings, and allows for a more efficient construction process.

At Perras DiStefano, we specialize in pre-engineered building systems and steel roofing and wall cladding. As the local authorized dealer for Butler Pre-Engineered Steel Building Systems, the world's leading manufacturer of pre-engineered metal building systems, we have the expertise to provide customized solutions for our clients.

In addition, our experience in Construction Management (CM) allows us to assume the role of Construction Manager, working with the owner, designer, and trades throughout the design and construction phases. We also offer Construction Management at Risk, where we take on the risk of construction while working with the project team during design and construction.
