About Maryland Subdivision

Located just off Pleasant Grove Road, approximately 10km from Charlottetown, the Maryland Subdivision is a beautiful community of over 40 homes in an excellent school district. Our homes in this subdivision are designed to provide a sense of community and space to roam, with lots ranging from 1 to 5 acres. We typically build split-entry style homes in the Maryland Subdivision because of the amount of usable space they offer at a competitive price. Our homes are all sold as turnkey packages, complete with decks, driveways, and landscaping.

Building Process

Our building process begins with site preparation, which includes excavation and installing materials for the footings. Once the foundation is in place, we frame the exterior walls and apply OSB to the outside. Next, we frame the middle wall and install the roof truss, followed by the installation of roof shingles. Meanwhile, we insulate the basement floor and install plumbing, sump pumps, and lift pumps. With the foundation dry, we frame the interior walls and install windows and doors.
