Who we are

The Atlantic Canada Regional Council of Carpenters, Millwrights and Allied Workers (ACRC) represents over 4,500 skilled professionals across the Atlantic region. We are committed to building strong communities through quality workmanship and collective bargaining.

1. Representation & Negotiations

• Collective bargaining with employers to secure fair wages, benefits, and working conditions for our members.
• Representation in grievances and disputes.
• Support for negotiations with employers on issues like job security, safety, and training.

2. Training & Development

• Investing in apprenticeship programs and skills development opportunities to ensure our members stay competitive.
• Providing training programs on new technologies and safety protocols.
• Partnering with educational institutions to ensure access to quality apprenticeship and training programs.
