Our Process

Our design-build process is a collaborative effort that involves four key phases:

• PHASE 1 INTRODUCTIONS: We conduct an extensive interview to understand your needs, desires, and vision.
• PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN: We engage an architect or designer to prepare a preliminary design, which we present to you for feedback.
• PHASE 3 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: You select a design or combine elements from different designs. We refine the design and present it to you for approval.
• PHASE 4 WORKING DRAWING / INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: We refine the drawings, obtain a building permit, and begin construction.
