How long does the kitchen installation process take?
After CAD approval and deposit, kitchens typically take 4-8 weeks to deliver. Installation occurs over two days with follow-up appointments scheduled within three weeks.
Do you provide flooring installation guidance?
We recommend specific flooring installation timelines relative to cabinetry. Prefinished hardwood should be installed after cabinets, while ceramic tile can be installed beforehand with proper protection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques, bank drafts, e-transfers, and cash payments. Credit card payments are not available through our current processing system.
Can I customize cabinet colors?
Custom Benjamin Moore colors are available with a minimum $2,000 special order fee. Color matching may vary up to 5% due to industrial mixing processes.
What warranty coverage applies to products?
We offer a limited 1-year parts warranty covering manufacturing defects. Labor service calls cost $150 including HST. Warranty details exclude flooring damage and post-installation modifications.
Do you install appliance panels?
We can create matching appliance panels for panel-ready appliances at additional cost, though installation must be completed by homeowners or contractors.
