Services
Shingles
We supply and install premium asphalt shingle roofing systems in both traditional 3-tab and architectural styles. Our certified technicians provide expert material selection guidance and proper installation techniques that maximize durability in Canadian climates. Each project includes complete tear-off, roof deck preparation, and proper ventilation integration to extend material lifespan while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Flat Roofing
Our modified bitumen flat roofing systems feature torch-welded fiberglass reinforcement for superior weather resistance. We incorporate heat-reflective granules and multiple color options while ensuring proper drainage solutions. The lightweight design reduces structural stress compared to traditional tar and gravel systems while maintaining easier repair accessibility when required.
Chimneys
We specialize in comprehensive chimney restoration including tuckpointing, crown replacement, and full rebuilding. Our technicians address moisture intrusion points through proper clay liner installation and animal screen protection. We also safely decommission obsolete chimneys while ensuring proper roof sealing and flashing integration during high-efficiency heating system upgrades.
Insulation
We upgrade attic and flat roof insulation using blown-in fiberglass, cellulose, or high-density spray foam tailored to each home's needs. Our team optimizes R-values and addresses thermal bridging points through proper attic access sealing and vapor barrier installation. We also help homeowners access energy-saving rebates through the ecoENERGY program.
Skylights
We install and repair durable curb-mounted skylight systems using double-domed acrylic or thermopane glass units. Our VELUX-certified technicians ensure proper flashing details and weatherproof installation while avoiding common leak points associated with builder-grade self-flashing models. We focus on long-term performance over initial cost savings.
