Roof Installation
Great Canadian Roofing & Siding provides expert roof installation services using premium materials including asphalt shingles, metal panels, and cedar shakes. Their certified technicians ensure proper ventilation and insulation during installation, which prevents mold growth and energy loss. Each project comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer material warranties, guaranteeing protection against harsh Canadian winters while enhancing property value.
Roof Repair
Offering 24/7 emergency roof repair services, the company specializes in addressing urgent issues like leaks, storm damage, and structural weaknesses. Their HAAG Certified Inspectors identify hidden vulnerabilities and implement durable fixes using matching materials. The service includes attic inspections and ventilation checks to prevent recurring problems, ensuring homes stay protected year-round while maintaining the roof's integrity.
Siding Installation
The company installs high-quality vinyl, James Hardie plank, CanExel, and cultured stone siding systems that enhance curb appeal while improving energy efficiency. Their licensed team ensures precise installation that withstands freeze-thaw cycles, with options offering dent resistance and low maintenance requirements. Each siding project includes expert consultation to select materials that complement architectural styles and withstand regional weather conditions.
Eavestroughing
Great Canadian Roofing & Siding designs and installs durable eavestrough systems that prevent water damage to foundations and landscapes. Their installations incorporate seamless aluminum gutters and leaf protection systems, ensuring efficient drainage during heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Regular maintenance services keep systems clear of debris, preventing overflow that could damage roofing materials and exterior walls.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging services detect heat loss, insulation gaps, and moisture intrusion in building envelopes. Using advanced infrared technology, technicians identify hidden issues that reduce energy efficiency and cause structural damage. This diagnostic tool helps homeowners and businesses prioritize renovations that lower utility bills and improve indoor comfort while preventing long-term damage from undetected thermal inefficiencies.
