• Depreciation Reports: For property managers and strata corporations, we provide detailed depreciation reports that assess the condition and remaining lifespan of various components of a property, including roofing, plumbing, HVAC systems, and exterior finishes.

• Maintenance Programs: We help property owners and managers develop and implement maintenance programs that extend the life of their properties and minimize future repair costs.

• Pre-Bid Site Tours: Before bidding on a project, we offer pre-bid site tours to help contractors assess the scope of work and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
