Positive Work Environment
Clark Builders has a real family feel to it, and never once let employees down in 8 years. The company has a positive reputation for being a great place to work. Many employees praise the company's professionalism and welcoming environment.
Safety Concerns
However, there are safety concerns raised by some employees. One employee reported seeing a worker attempting to clean a public road by scraping dirt off of it while speeding in reverse, passing a playground with kids playing and vehicles driving by. Another employee expressed disappointment that the company's safety standards appear to be stuck in the 60s.
