Outstanding Service
Brent's Plumbing received exceptional reviews for their prompt service, professional technicians, and efficient work. Kim Cameron and Alison Macko both gave the company 5-star ratings, praising their ability to quickly arrive on site, diagnose the problem, and complete the work with professionalism and friendliness. The company's responsiveness, punctuality, and value for services were also commended.
Serious Misconduct Allegations
However, two reviewers shared negative experiences with the company. Andrew Beckmann claimed that he had a run-in with a representative from Brent's Plumbing on the highway, alleging that the individual tried to run him off the road. Mr. Beckmann stated that this incident reflected poorly on the company and that he would not use their services or recommend them to others.
Gregory Nielsen, another reviewer, was dissatisfied with the company's work on his septic tank piping. He claimed that the technicians unplugged his sump pump before starting work and forgot to plug it back in afterwards, causing the pit to overflow. Additionally, Mr. Nielsen alleged that the company did not complete all the work they had quoted and required a second company to pump out his septic tank.
