Disappointing Experiences
Phoenix Fence has received several negative reviews from clients who were unhappy with their experience. Many reviewers complained about poor communication and inability to honour verbal quotes. One reviewer, Nancy Beah, received a verbal quote for a fence and gates in January 2024, but when they called to confirm the quote three months later, they were told that the sales rep was no longer with the company. The new reps measured the property again, and the written quote was 20% higher than the original quote. The company refused to honour the verbal quote, suggesting that the client was lying.
Another reviewer, Time For Change Trudeau Must Go, had trouble getting their orders right, even after being clear with the parts they wanted. Jonathan Armstrong reported that the company backed out of a job that had already been quoted and scheduled.
