At Brantco Construction, we've been proudly serving Southern Ontario for over four decades. Our journey began in 1978 with a small team of five employees, providing basic site grading services. As the company grew, we expanded our range of services to include asphalt paving, site servicing, and concrete curbs and walks.

Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Site Grading and Paving

From small parking lots to large industrial and commercial lots, roads, and subdivisions, we have the equipment, expertise, and dedication to complete any size grading or paving job on time and on budget.

Site Servicing

Our large equipment fleet size allows us to provide complete site servicing, from installation of storm drainage systems for large and small parking lots, to water and waste water connections to city services and new buildings. We are licensed with cities throughout Ontario and can promptly service your location without the time-consuming applications required by most other contractors.

Concrete Services

Our concrete department has grown significantly over the years. We offer a range of concrete services, including:

• Curbs and Sidewalks: With the use of our Gomaco curb machine, we are equipped to complete any curbing job, from small parking lots to highway work. Our operators have been factory-trained to ensure quality and precision.
• Concrete Floors: We can complete any flooring needs, from commercial to institutional and industrial settings.
• Foundations: We build building foundations in conjunction with our site excavation services, offering a one-stop-shop solution for our clients.
• Retaining Walls: From cast-in-place concrete to natural stone, gabion, and precast, we offer a range of retaining wall solutions.
• Landscaping: We provide a complete range of landscaping services, including sodding, complete garden arrangements, and more.

Additional Services

We offer a range of additional services that cater to our clients' needs, including:

• Mechanical: Plumbing and mechanical services for items related to commercial construction.
• Electrical: From parking lot lighting to drive-thru sensors and two-way communication, we have licensed electricians who can complete your work.
• Fencing: We supply and install quality prefabricated or site-manufactured fencing for commercial and industrial projects.

We've had the privilege of working on some notable projects over the years, including:

• Costco, Ancaster, ON: A $5 million project that included site excavation, site grading, site servicing, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs, and walks.
• Conestoga College, Kitchener, ON: A $2.5 million project that included site grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs, and walks.
• Research In Motion, Waterloo, ON: A $2 million project that included site grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs, and walks.
