Our History and Values
Our journey began in 1997 when our founder, Mark V. Wilson, started a small renovation and homebuilding business. Over the years, we have grown and evolved to become a fully integrated construction partner, capable of managing and delivering a wide range of projects. - Construction Management: Our construction management contract is a collaborative approach that involves the owner, design team, and construction manager, providing expertise related to construction costs and methods during the design process.
- General Contracting: Our general contracting services involve the hiring of an architect and/or engineering team to produce detailed construction drawings and specifications for the general contractor to bid on.
- Design Build: This method allows the owner one point of contact for their entire project from design through construction, with the design builder providing design and engineering services either directly or through a team of contracted consultants.
- Maintenance: We have the experienced personnel to maintain your investment, providing continual and ongoing maintenance and repair services.
- Engineering: Our engineering services, provided through M.V. Wilson Engineering Inc., offer support to our Design Build and Construction Management projects, as well as providing engineering services to the general public.
Recent Projects
We have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from commercial and institutional builds to boutique medical and dental offices and car dealerships. Some of our recent projects include the Fenelon Falls Brewery, Edna Thompson Daycare, Mariposa Fire Hall, and Union Station Condominiums.
