Our Story
TMG Builders was founded by Tony Moro, a renowned expert in the condominium industry. Since its inception, the company has grown its specialized expertise and established itself as the market leader in construction management in the high-rise residential and mixed-use development industry in the Greater Toronto Area. Our vast portfolio includes over 50 development projects with a combined hard construction cost of over $6 billion, with over 13,000 residential units completed and over 10,000 units currently under construction or in pre-construction.
Services
Our comprehensive services include project management, project lead (owner representatives), land planning, rezoning, and site plan management. We also manage and coordinate required project reporting and agreements, select and manage project consultants, and assist with conceptual project design and project planning. Additionally, we manage municipal utilities and services, facilitate project financing and accounting, and provide technical audit and construction management services.
