Roof Repair
Our team addresses urgent roof damage from storms, ice dams, or wear, providing waterproofing, shingle patching, and structural repairs. We use thermal imaging to detect hidden moisture issues, ensuring comprehensive solutions that prevent future complications.
Preventative Maintenance
Regular inspections and maintenance prolong roof lifespan by identifying weak spots early. Services include moisture detection, ventilation optimization, and winterizing to protect against snow/ice damage, reducing long-term repair costs.
Dec-Tec Deck Membranes
We install Dec-Tec PVC membranes for durable, waterproof decking on balconies, walkways, and patios. Options include Classic, Natural, and Coolstep lines with slip-resistant finishes, UV protection, and 1020-year warranties for residential and commercial properties.
