Quality and Professionalism
The reviewers at Nima Kitchens have had overwhelmingly positive experiences. Many praised the showroom, team, and customer service. Authors Jason Williams, Kelvin Yeung, Bmw Guy, Stuart O., and Ahmed Shabaka all gave 5-star ratings, with comments on the showroom's size and trends, the team's friendly and knowledgeable approach, and the quality of work.
Value and Customization
Stuart O. noted that Nima's quality of work was "worth every penny, " while Ahmed Shabaka praised the excellent installation. The authors appreciated the bespoke design and installation services, with Bmw Guy noting that Nima still supplies him with hardware cost-free, despite his older cabinets.
Negative Experiences
However, Steven Chackowicz and Steven Carpio had significantly different experiences. Steven Chackowicz was dissatisfied with the installation of his quartzite countertops, citing stains and poor service from Nick, the owner. He was frustrated with the lack of response and felt that Nima did not advocate for him with their subcontractors. Steven Carpio had a similar experience, feeling that Nima was dishonest and unprofessional. He attributed the issues to a series of price quotes that increased significantly over time, leaving him 35% over budget.
