Subpar Quality and Poor Customer Service
The reviews for Enzo Concrete Company are overwhelmingly negative, with multiple customers expressing their dissatisfaction with the company's workmanship, product quality, and customer service.
Cracked and Flaking Concrete
Several reviewers mentioned that their concrete projects, including a backyard patio and a concrete driveway, developed cracks and flaking issues shortly after completion. Holly Collins, who hired Enzo Concrete to do her mother's concrete job, stated that the job was a "complete disaster" and a "waste of $170000." Her mother's concrete job was supposed to be inspected by Enzo, but the company never followed up on that promise.
Water Issues and Ignoring Clients
Barb Kozinski mentioned that her backyard patio, built by Enzo Concrete, allowed water to accumulate and seep into her house after each rainfall. When she contacted the company to resolve the issue, they made extra cuts to try to alleviate the problem, but it didn't work. After that, the company ignored her attempts to get in touch with them.
False Promises and Unreliable Service
Larry Brownscombe expressed his disappointment with Enzo Concrete, citing poor preparation and false promises. He emphasized that multiple cracks appeared in the concrete due to poor preparation, and the company failed to fulfill their commitments.
