Lack of Responsibility
One major concern is the company's lack of accountability. In one instance, a customer was quoted for a job that was not completed, and instead of taking responsibility, the company made the customer pay the fee and sign exit paperwork to reduce liability. Construction workers were observed throwing out cigarette butts and garbage on private premises and roads, and even damaged a small garden in front of an apartment building by stepping on it and covering it with cement.
