Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior
Some customers have had negative experiences with North Glass, citing poor communication and unprofessional behavior. One customer, Daryl Pope, reported that he contacted the company through Facebook and was responded to by an individual named Shawn, who claimed to work for the company. However, Shawn made an error in installing a shower, which was unsafe and caused the customer to have to hire another company to fix the issue. The customer felt that the company did not take responsibility for the poor work and that the owner did not want to get involved.
Unacceptable Treatment of Animals
One customer, Rosamond Schafer, reported that the company's driver did not stop or slow down when she and her dog were on the road, and that the workers seemed to dislike dogs. This led her to state that she would never use the company again.
