Dissatisfaction with Moving Services
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment and frustration with OTM Moving and Storage. Problems with Furniture, Employee Behavior, and Lost/Stolen Items are common complaints among these reviewers.
Marcelo Fernandez, who previously had a good experience with OTM, is now extremely dissatisfied with the service. He mentions that the company damaged his furniture and lost/stole items, including valuable art pieces. Although they offered reimbursement for a minimal amount, Marcelo feels that it is unacceptable. He also criticizes the company's lack of transparency about insurance options.
Umberto Sorbo also had a negative experience with OTM. He hired them to move his 40 boxes from Miami Beach to Fort Lauderdale and hold them for two months. However, when the items were delivered, many expensive things were missing. Umberto was upset that the owner, David, did not offer insurance options initially and that the company does not have insurance for stolen items.
