Safety Concerns with Gravel Trucks
The reviews highlight safety concerns and poor customer service from a gravel trucking company. Several customers have experienced issues with drivers speeding through school zones and agricultural roads, causing damage to vehicles and windshields.
Disrespectful and Aggressive Behaviour
In two separate incidents, drivers have been described as aggressive and abusive. One reviewer, Brandon Simmonds, reports that the driver yelled at him and called him a crackhead on North Kelly Road. Similarly, Shane Hayward recounts an incident where the driver drove past him, spraying rocks onto his windshield, and then became confrontational when he pulled him over to complain.
Poor Customer Service
Despite reporting these incidents, customers have been met with a lack of resolve from the company. Shane Hayward's attempts to get his windshield repaired were met with a "runaround" and no action was taken. This lack of accountability and concern for customer safety and well-being is concerning.
