Introducing Revive
Revive is our new entity focused on creative, cost-effective strategies to restore, upgrade, and modernize buildings and structures for the next generation of owners and tenants. We provide a turn-key solution to deliver renovations and restorations rooted in sustainability that retain the character of existing residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
General Disatisfaction
Reviews from various customers highlight a mixed bag of experiences with Etro Construction. While some have had positive interactions, others have been left unhappy and disappointed.
Safety Concerns and Unprofessional Behavior
Multiple reviewers have expressed concerns about the company's disregard for safety and professionalism. Aletta Marchand reports lead contamination at her residence and place of business following high-pressure lead paint removal, with Etro Construction failing to fulfill its commitment to compensate for damages. Additionally, another reviewer, Moet Nozaki-Lee, experienced technical issues and poor service during a general construction project. A hazmat cleanup crew was even required to clean up the mess left behind by Etro Construction.
Furthermore, Aletta Marchand shares another concerning experience, stating that after the site was cleaned, Etro Construction reintroduced lead waste to the site and then abandoned the job, leaving residents exposed to lead again.
Colton Barnert's review stands out as a rare positive exception, praising specific employees for their professionalism and dedication to safety and project development.
Lack of Commitment and Disrespect
Reviewers have also criticized Etro Construction for its lack of commitment to projects and disrespect for others. Sean Dayment shares a worrisome story about a contractor who pulled out of a project mid-construction, leaving the client without a completed restaurant. Another reviewer, unknown, reports Etro Construction blocking off small local businesses and using their parking, describing the experience as unprofessional and disrespectful.
