Inconsistent Quality Control
Several issues arose when trying to replace a kick plate under a fridge due to water damage. Despite bringing the damaged kick plate into the Downsview kitchen location, the new replacement piece was not the correct size. The sales person suggested trimming the new kick plate, but this was not a satisfactory solution for the customer.
Unresponsive and Unhelpful Sales Team
The customer felt misled and frustrated with the sales person's unprofessional behavior and lack of effort to resolve the issue. The sales person was uncooperative and only offered suggestions for the customer to hire someone to trim the kick plate, which was not a feasible or acceptable solution.
Poor Communication and Conflicting Measurements
Communication breakdowns and conflicting measurements were major factors in the customer's disappointment. The sales person sent pictures and measurements of the original kick plate, claiming that the new Replacement was the same size, but this was not accurate.
Lack of Apology or Resolution
