Residential Roofing
We install and repair asphalt laminate shingles for residential properties in Annapolis Valley, Halifax, and mainland Nova Scotia. Our roofs protect homes from harsh weather, including wind, rain, snow, and hail. Clients choose from multiple color and design options to match their home's exterior while ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
Commercial Roofing
Our commercial roofing specialists handle low-sloped applications for industrial, retail, institutional, and office buildings. We use EPDM membranes and 2-Ply SBS modified bitumen systems designed for extreme weather conditions. These solutions offer space optimization, durability, and efficient drainage tailored to business needs.
EPDM Roofing
EPDM roofing systems feature synthetic rubber membranes engineered for longevity and flexibility. Ideal for commercial buildings, these systems resist weather damage and require minimal maintenance. Our installation ensures leak-proof performance and compliance with industry standards for flat and low-sloped roofs.
Emergency Repairs
We provide 24/7 emergency leak investigations and permanent repairs using high-quality materials. Our team responds swiftly to prevent structural damage from unexpected roof failures. Temporary fixes ensure property protection until comprehensive solutions can be implemented efficiently.
Roof Maintenance
Our maintenance programs include inspections, cleaning, snow removal, and minor repairs to extend roof lifespan. Preventative care identifies potential issues before they escalate, reducing long-term costs. Services ensure optimal performance and compliance with warranty requirements for residential and commercial properties.
