Our Story

Nova Construction Co. Ltd. was founded in 1963 by Donald and John W. Chisholm, with a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and environmental stewardship. Over the years, Nova Construction has evolved to become a leading player in the road building industry, with a legacy that spans over five decades. Today, the company has built, upgraded, and/or paved more than 500 miles of highway in Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia for the provincial and federal governments.
