Our Services

Our service department is equipped with knowledgeable staff who can diagnose and repair your appliance issues efficiently. We offer three-hour appointment windows and will call you when we are on our way. Our repair service includes up to one hour of labour for diagnostic assessment and repair for a single appliance. If parts are required, an estimate will be given prior to conducting the work. We stock most common parts on our trucks, but if the part(s) need to be ordered, then a return visit will be charged. All parts are covered with a 5-year warranty, and all labour is covered with a 90-day warranty.

In addition to our repair services, we also offer a large selection of new and used appliances for sale, including coin-operated laundry units. Whether you're a homeowner looking to replace an old appliance or a landlord seeking to upgrade your rental property, we have got you covered.

Warranty and Delivery Information

At Al's Appliance Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our warranties commence from the date of delivery, and claims require the original receipt. For parts bought from and installed by us for domestic, residential appliances, we offer a 5-year parts warranty. Labour is covered by a 90-day warranty for any defective part installed by us or any recurring issue of the initial diagnosis and repair. Similar issues with the same symptoms may not be covered.

For used appliances purchased at Al's Appliance Inc., we offer a 90-day parts and labour warranty. For new appliances, we provide manufacturer's warranty, which varies based on the brand and product type. Our team is always available to assist with any warranty-related issues or concerns.

When preparing for your delivery, we make every effort to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. It is important to read the following instructions to assist in this goal:

• At the time of purchase, inform the salesperson of any stairs, tight corners, or tight spaces involved in the delivery or removal.
• Make sure accurate measurements are taken before purchasing the appliance.
• Ensure adequate space is available to install and remove your appliance.
• Remove any obstacles that could block the path from the door to where the appliance is to be installed. (Including boots, shoes, furniture, welcome mats, wall hangings, etc.)
• Cover carpeted or delicate areas to prevent soiling from the appliance during installation.
