Roof Replacement
We provide full tear-offs and installations using premium IKO Dynasty shingles, synthetic underlayment, and proper flashing. Our systems meet BC Building Code standards and include ice & water shield for durability in local climates. Every replacement ensures long-term protection with manufacturer-backed warranties.
Ventilation Upgrades
Proper airflow extends roof lifespan and improves indoor comfort. We install ridge vents, turbine vents, and plumbing vents to meet BC Building Code requirements. Our upgrades prevent moisture buildup and enhance energy efficiency through balanced intake and exhaust systems.
Flashing & Waterproofing
We install 26-gauge metal valleys, step flashing, and drip edges to protect vulnerable roof areas. Our precision work prevents leaks around chimneys, walls, and eaves using durable materials fabricated to BC's climate demands, ensuring watertight protection for decades.
Deck Repairs
Damaged roof sheathing is replaced with high-quality boards during reroofing. We ensure a solid foundation for new shingles, pricing repairs per board with client approval before proceeding to maintain structural integrity and longevity.
Skylight Replacement
We replace outdated or leaking skylights with watertight installations during roof replacements. Our team ensures proper sealing and integration with existing roofing systems to prevent moisture intrusion while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality.
