Window Cleaning
Lighthouse Windows offers professional window cleaning using Pure Water technology, ensuring streak-free results for residential and commercial properties. Our system employs a four-stage filtration process, eliminating chemicals for an eco-friendly finish. Certified technicians clean windows up to 65 feet from the ground using water-fed poles, enhancing safety and efficiency. This method extends the cleanliness of glass surfaces by preventing residue buildup that attracts dirt.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping services cover residential and commercial spaces, including rental properties, with flexible scheduling options. We offer comprehensive cleaning, laundry, carpet care, and customized checklists tailored to hospitality standards for short-term rentals. Staff undergo rigorous training to ensure consistent quality, using eco-friendly products while maintaining a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for all clients.
Exterior Cleaning
Specializing in soft washing and pressure washing, we improve curb appeal by removing mold, algae, and grime from roofs, driveways, and decks. Our techniques utilize biodegradable solutions and high-pressure systems for thorough surface cleaning, lasting four times longer than traditional methods. Services include gutter maintenance and stone sealing for residential and commercial properties.
Snow Removal
We provide comprehensive winter services for residential and commercial properties, including driveway, walkway, and parking lot snow clearing. Our team uses advanced equipment for efficient snow removal, with optional sanding and salting to enhance safety. Fully insured and bonded, we serve Southern Georgian Bay with reliable service during harsh weather conditions.
Gutter Services
Our gutter cleaning and guard installation prevent water damage by removing debris buildup and installing leaf guards. We clean eaves troughs, undersides, and install Alu-Rex Gutter Clean systems with a 25-year clog-free warranty.
