Our story begins in 1964 in Isola d'Ishcia, Italy, where Guiseppe Di Meglio, our founder, started building a beautiful home for his family. At just 17 years old, Guiseppe had already gained six years of experience in the building trade and had developed a strong conviction to do things the right way, the first time, to ensure lasting results.
When Guiseppe set up his own construction company in Vancouver, he was already well-known in the local industry for his integrity, work ethic, and high standards. His son, Joele, was introduced to the building site at the age of eight and learned the ropes under his father's guidance. Joele worked numerous years with his father, acquiring his master craftsmanship.
In 2010, Joele struck out on his own, building upon what his father had started and shifting the business to be more customer-centric. Our company values remain the same: an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship, honesty, and dedication to hard work. We focus on providing a better customer experience from the first meeting to post-project, emphasizing transparency, respect, and effective communication. We minimize stress and instill confidence by being highly responsive and keeping clients well-informed.
