Our Services

At Merit Glass, we offer a wide range of commercial glazing systems. From unitized pre-glazed curtain walls to skylights and storefronts, we have what it takes to complete your project with success. We provide a complete package that includes value-engineered budgeting assistance at the project's inception and work closely with architects and general contractors during the drawing stages of a project to ensure the desired specifications and aesthetics are achieved.

Installation, Glazing Package

Our installation team is comprised of trained, unionized glaziers. On all of our larger projects, we have full-time, trained supervisors who oversee all installations and coordinate with our project management teams to ensure that all products are installed properly and expediently. We understand the importance of timely and quality installation, which is why we take great care in every step of the process.

LEED & Glazing

At Merit Glass, we are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We offer LEED for Construction (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a performance-oriented rating system that allows building projects to earn points for satisfying criteria designed to address environmental issues relative to design, construction, and operation of a building. Our expertise in LEED-specific projects enables us to assist architects and contractors in the design of glazing systems required for LEED projects.

Manufacturing Processes

At Merit Glass, we utilize different manufacturing processes in our daily operations. Each project is unique, and the processes are dictated by several conditions, including schedule, site conditions, and the nature of the glazing requirements. Our projects are assigned a project management team within our organization that follows the project through from start to finish, ensuring that every project is completed on time and on budget.

We have two primary processes at our manufacturing facility: the Unitized, Pre-Glazed Process and the Unitized, Site Glazed Process. These processes allow us to manufacture high-quality glazing systems that meet the specific needs of each project.
